Once again, as a reminder, do not make any editing or corrections to this, do not point to me of any mistakes. I will not make corrections. I`m leaving this mostly as is of what it was when Tojo and I rped this out. We both have different rp styles so expect there to be some inconsistencies in things such as apostrophes and tenses.
=========================
Jet had certainly out-done himself. Over the past several hours, he had time and time again ensured that everything would work. Everything electrical, everything he added here and there. And the marble walls and precious buildings, and his own throne-room and penthouse suite, for all three of them. And in the center of it all were their fine statues.. stone guards, and mechanical guards watched the place, set in place to break out the smaller rabble and riff-raff. And mechanical "engineers" to make sure everything continued to work.. A large golden sign declared the city "New Babylon."

If Wave truly managed to gather people in the past couple of hours, then this city would more than likely awe them. Jet himself just rode through on his customized board, looking this way and that, admiring his own handiwork. Storm wandered around, just looking at all the innovations. Even a few who weren't birds might have found their way in here..some who were spying rather than being invited guests. Shadow entered the city, but kept running around through the alley-ways to avoid detection..he was trying to find food to take back to Maria.

Wave is yammering with a couple of the people she brought with her. Several of the friends were into gear riding but of course they weren`t as fast or as good as the Babylon Rogues. Obviously since the small group of 3 (counting Wave) were all girls, most likely they were having "girl talk" (aka, talking about boys).

Shadow watched from the shadows with disgust, shortly afterwards looking around; he found a weapon. Among the discarded building materials, he found a short pipe. A crude, but perhaps effective weapon. He suddenly ducked into a small center; it was currently deserted, having vending machines and a fortune teller. Shadow sat down in the corner, catching his breath. "..Unghn.."

Wave hops on her gear board and takes off on it, deciding to check on her other friends she brought over.

Looking out from a window, he tried to see if anyone else were around, anyone that wasn't a bird or an avian. "..Come on.."

Unfortunately, most of the members are bird critters. But as luck would have it, a seal critter is making his way to a vending machine to get another soda.

"...!" Shadow suddenly leapt behind the fortune teller, watching as the seal-critter did this, watching her. "...?"

The seal enters in the code of the soda he wants and it pops out the slot. He takes the soda and walks off, opening the can and he starts drinking it. That`s it? No money required? Must be a silly idea for whoever created this city to want to charge themselves.

He didn't want to risk animosity or attracting attention to himself; he had originally debated crashing the machine open with his new found weapon. Suddenly, he started pushing buttons; chips, pep bars, cream cakes. It wasn't the healthiest stuff on the menu, but it would have to do.. He grabbed a burlap bag and stuffed it full, looking around to see if anyone was looking.

Wave is riding by now on her board, seeming to be looking for someone else now.

It was eventually that she could probably see Shadow just down below..being chased by three or so guards; one mechanical, two stone. The mechanical ones seemed to have been built for speed, the stone for bulk and strength. Many of those on the west side of town could see Shadow running off.

She gets a look of being a little angry. She follows along from the air, keeping her eye on Shadow. She pulls out a communicator and speaks into it,"Jet, we`ve got a black and red problem."

"You want me to come down there? Wanted to entertain the guests but..hey." Confidently replying through his communicator.

What the human Shadow lacked in overall strength or ability, he made up for in tenacity and will power, something that didn't change in this environment. He viciously conked one of the metal monstrosities repeatedly, suddenly rushing off when the stone-sentinels approached. He didn't catch of Wave just yet.

Wave pauses for a moment, watching Shadow`s display. Her angry look changed to one of...concern,"...Yeahhhh, you might wanna get over here."

"Sure sure..what's the prob?" Shadow continued to run off blindly into the wilderness, and in a few moments Jet was on the scene, quickly catching sight of Wave. "What's goin' on, Wave?"

Wave turns to Jet,"Shadow was just here."

She points down to the mecha-guards,"And he handled those guys with ease. He just took off to where I`m assuming is his little nest."

"Ehh.. I didn't really make them to be tough..just provide a little support and distraction. He can take down as many as he wants..they'll just come back."

Already, "engineer" worker bots appeared on the scene; it was all mechanized magical clock work, and while not as advanced or high-tech as something Robotnik or Tails would come up with, it was efficient. All damaged guard bots were dragged off to be repaired and re-built.

"He's just gonna tire himself out.. when he comes back, lemme know..And we'll kick his ass."

Wave watches the worker robots for a moment, then turns to Jet,"Are you sure?"

"Heck yeah.. c'mon, let's go enjoy the party. Don't wanna give them the impression somethings wrong, do ya?" Nudging her slightly, gesturing back to the city. It was starting to get dark, lights were lighting up.

A smile returns to Wave`s face having confidence on their ability to handle the situation returning,"Yeah, let`s go."

Jet rode off with Wave, a cocky smile on his face at the thought, the hope Shadow would return..while Shadow ran back to the cave, tired and panting from the run.
